With the onset of winter in Dâmboviţa Valley, we invited several people from different institutions (National and Local Environment Protection Agencies, Ministry of the Environment and Climatic Changes, National Enviroment Guard, Forestry Inspectorate) for a meeting with field trip, to show the progress of the LIFE+ project. After an introductory presentation, we went to see spruce monocultures and windfalls, as well as our erosion repair work and the latest plantations of beech, fir, sycamore, and alder in different locations along the valley. It was a great possibility to discuss different legal matters, get advice, and to exchange ideas and experiences.
