In mid-July Cobor farm hosted a rawvegan workshop.

Our guests have learned to prepare raspberry ice cream, sweet cookies without sugar from Sorina Bascoveanu, the “mother” of the raw vegan recipes. They enjoyed the sun, admired the horses and spent a few pleasant hours in a new way at our organic farm.
